Initially operating as a physical grocery store, the company faced substantial challenges during the pandemic in 2020, which led to the closure of its physical location in December 2021. This situation catalyzed a strategic shift to online operations, and in 2022, the company embarked on the development of a comprehensive e-commerce platform.
